CONSTRUCTION: TITLE SHOT

In todays lesson I created a title shot for my film opening with the help of Beatrice and James. It was my first time using PhotoShop, however I found it was easy to use once my group helped me.

Photoshop is an image editing software developed and manufactured by Adobe Systems Inc. The software that Photoshop has created allows users to manipulate, crop, resize, and correct colour on digital photos. Photoshop is popular amongst professional photographers and graphic designers as its easy to use and a quality piece of software.

The design for the title shot was inspired but a camera recording, I decided to use the camera as inspiration as my film opening is about a photographer; this was also the reason for using a camera lens in the 'O'. Furthermore, I used a lower class and more handwritten style for the 'f' as it is used by photographer which stands for 'f-number'.

  1. Update your blog to show your recent shoot which was well-organized. Please do a 'Before and after' analysis to show why you had to re-shoot this after feedback. Reflection on work, with follow-up corrections, is a sign of critical awareness.

  2. FOCUS title page: Please claim responsibility if you worked on this. Equally, deconstruct the image so that the design decisions are explained.
